Am I right in thinking that copper renewal will no longer be available in 8 days time?

In which case, after that point many of us will not be able to reply to threads in the forum (or even access the support ones).

So will there be a solution in place by then?  Even if it means giving standard access to “Latest news and developments” to the free level to allow replies from existing members?

As of today, we do not plan to take the copper membership down…  we hope to have more to say in a few days, but things are looking good for the future…

Since it is now past your official retirement date, I believe, I am wondering about the situation. I read that you are in negotiation with a party to take over the forum, but that post is several weeks old without an update.  That post also mentions the 5.8 version. Is this take-over still happening, or is there any other news? And are you working on 5.8, or is this something the new team is supposed to be doing?
