I'm seeing that a lot of other people are having the same issue. I've had gold membership on here before but it has expired. Do I really need to pay for it again in order to get the answer to a fix for something that an update messed up?

I've tried disabling all of our plugins and it's still doing the same thing. What is the issue with 4.1? Wouldn't it make sense that the update is the one not playing nice with wordpress or other plugins? the older version before the update was just fine. Is there a way to revert back to the other version before this latest update?

my point was that we have had many thousands of upgrades to 5.5.3 with wp 4.1...  its working fine...  doesnt mean you arent experiencing an issue...

you can revert back if you have a db backup to go to...  you cannot downgrade the db without it..

what is link?

did you try switching to default wp theme too?

sorry, cant remember... did you try going to forum - toolbox - housekeeping and clearing the combined css and js caches?

see several js errors on site... one related to checkboxes..  maybe edit your custom sp theme spFunctions.php fiel and try adding this:

define('SP_USE_PRETTY_CBOX', false);

you may already have one in there with true...

or just use forum - themes - theme editor in the admin...

We're experiencing this same issue since the update as well here http://inceptionradionetwork.com/forum. I am in the same predicament as Brad who has an expired membership, but is placed in a position to pay to fix an issue that arose only after the latest SP update.

Whatever this issue is, it certainly is affecting some members and the add topic/reply. I've disabled all plugins, did some house cleaning via the toolbox and have reached out to the theme developer.

We have been making periodic backups to our site via Update Draft plugin.  If there's any way to shed some light into our issue that would be helpful. Renewing our silver membership which only cover us for 2 months may be a waste if this happens to be a legitimate SP issue that we can get resolved in a few minutes. We haven't had to reach out for help for nearly a year which is why we allowed our membership to expire to start with. However, renewing now could leave us with 2 months of membership that we will not need to use again because we may not need to reach out again for another year.
