There is no known issue with SP on this... to debug a local issue such as this, we really cannot answer it in the pre membership query forum...
I will say that you appear to be serving cached forum pages... this clearly can cause many js issues such as this... in your page source:
<!-- Quick Cache file built for (http://inceptionradionetwork.com/forum/) in 1.78167 seconds, on: Dec 28th, 2014 @ 7:31 pm EST. -->
<!-- This Quick Cache file will auto-expire (and be rebuilt) on: Jan 4th, 2015 @ 7:31 pm EST (based on your configured expiration time). -->
<!-- +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ -->
<!-- Quick Cache fully functional Cache file served for (http://inceptionradionetwork.com/forum) in 0.00217 seconds, on: Dec 29th, 2014 @ 12:47 am UTC. -->
you really need to exclude the wp page the forum is on from caching... plugins incorrectly assume its static content but is actually dynamic...

I would add that in the case of the two users who reported this problem it appeared to start with the WordPress updater not functioning correctly and was eventually resolved by simply manually updating the plugin files. Other than this - as Mr Papa said above - we have no known issues with this update.

Thanks for the feedback, but I am surprised that Quick Cache is still caching the forum provided that I not only excluded it from the list, but have a selective Plugin Organizer that excludes over 90% of my plugins from loading with the forum page.
Nonetheless, prior to running this plugin organizer the first thing I did was to disable every single plugin on the site except for SP and I was able to duplicate the error. This lead me to believe that it was not an issue with other running plugins. I tried to disable all the SP individual plugins as well and the problem persist. I will try to disable Quick Cache plugin once again and test forum from a pc and browser I have never used to load the forum before. If the problem persist, I would appreciate some feedback as to whether the issue is beyond the scope of a simple error and requires additional paid support.
@Swordfish - With respect to the WP updater, what plugins are you referring to specifically for updating manually? Is it the SP plugins or all plugins in my WP site?
I was referring to the simple-press plugin. But this is only relevant, of course, if the issue is anything to do with a problem updating from previous version, which is one that a couple of other users had when WP failed to perform the update as usual.

I am having the same issue as the OP. None of the suggestions worked.
Any tips? I posted a thread as well.
