I have setup SP for a client on their wordpress site. I would like to add the client as an Admin but they are not listed in the field labeled "Eligible Members". I do see my client listed in the next section below labeled "WP Admins but not Forum Admins". How can I add my client to be admin?

Have to check the obvious first, have you used the paging controls underneath the list? If there are a few members your client might be on the next page, or have you tried using the filter underneath?
Yes I used the paging controls and the filter but the client isn't listed there...
have you added them as an admin? forum - admins - manage admins... wp admins are no sp admins...

I have tried using the paging controls underneath the "Eligible Members" list and tried using the filter underneath this however my client is not listed there so I cannot add him....
I realize that wp admins are not given sp admin privilege by default and that I need to manually add him which is exactly what I am trying to do...
The only thing that comes to mind is if this user has never visited the forum and, for some reason, their forum members record was not created at install or when the user became a WP registered user. Have them visit the forum.
I think as this is not a support forum and of this is not the answer and you need to take this further then we do need to move it to the support area and potentially, perhaps, see the datas involved.
