The answer is in the message - 'can not Create Tables in your database'.
That means that the test attempt to create a table failed. You would need to ask you=r host why this is the case

Might be worth trying again in case it was just a timeout to your server or something but most usually (bit rarely) it is because you as a user have not been granted permission to create tables. You can check that in something like the phpMyAdmin console.
