So I have taken that line of code you sent and copy/paste to replace the old line of code.
No it looks like this:
@mr-papa - now we have the quote marks corrected (see above) do you have any ideas why the bootstrap library still refuses to load? My belief is that the lack of bootstrap is why the mobile menu is not working so it is needed to load but does not appear to do so with this changed enqueue code...

yes... there is still a typo in there...
you have "uquery-core" and it should be "jquery-core"...

Mr Papa,
Is this the correct code:
wp_enqueue_script( 'dreamland_bootstrap', get_template_directory_uri().'/js/bootstrap.min.js', array('jquery', ’jquery-ui-core', 'jquery-ui-widget'), false, true );
Highlighted is the line that was changed with the added "j" in the beginning.
If so we are back to square one.
Menu is now working.
File uploader doesnt.
Then it is probably time you started to talk to the theme authors. It is they - after all - that are using the non-standard components and libraries that are the cause of the conflict.

So basically we are at the end of the road?
The plugin cant be used by me.
Mr Papa; any thoughts?
I talked to @mr-papa earlier before he set out for the day and he said he will think about any alternative method that could be tried and he will be around later,
But actually my suggestion of bringing in the theme authors to try and help is a perfectly valid route to go down as it is - after all - their use of an unsupported and corrosive library that is at fault.
There is only one other thing that I myself would suggest trying. In the code you changed the last parameter is set to the word true. It would be worth setting it to false to see if that makes any difference.

Yellowfish,
Which should be set to "True" as I have both "false" and "true" in current line of code and setting "false" to "true" would be double "true".
Not questioning your suggestion but just want to make sure I am doing right.
Can you change below current code to exactly what you suggest?
wp_enqueue_script( 'dreamland_bootstrap', get_template_directory_uri().'/js/bootstrap.min.js', array('jquery', 'jquery-ui-core', 'jquery-ui-widget'), false, true );
I have sent the theme authors of Dreamland Single Estate a support ticket but I doubt they are as helpful as you guys have been.
I like Simple:Press and its simplicity and I hate walking away from it because I think it is exactly what I need and the support is obviously great.
As you understand, being able to upload pictures is essential for that part of the website.
I hope we can find a solution as I want to continue to build with more plugins.
Thanks for your patience.
This is pretty clear and straightforward:
the last parameter is set to the word true. It would be worth setting it to false to see if that makes any difference. There is ONLY one 'last parameter' and only one currently set to false. That is the one to change.
Personally, I would look for a different theme. From what I have seen of all the stuff that they are loading it seems to be heavy handed and full of errors. As I have said many times now - the website is throwing scripting errors on every page and these are, I am sure, coming from badly written theme code. But it is your choice of course.

Well Mr Swordfish, I think you nailed it 🙂
It seems that both the menu and the file uploader is working now after the last tweak.
I will continue to test after taking a breather from the website for a while.
Your support has been excellent and I will surely be back for purchasing more plugins but hopefully no more problems 🙂
Your feedback and suggestion on changing the theme is well taken aboard but I cant seem to find a simple workable theme for this particular type of website and I have spent huge amount of hours getting this one setup due to me being an amateur.
Lets hope that no other problems arises from the change.
