OfflineI don't see anything out of the ordinary. But if something has changed only you will know what. Theme updates... plugin updates. New plugins. Anything can have unwanted side-effects. Not that I can actually see any myself.

yeah, I fixed it. It was a SEO plugin issue that was adding the titles.
