I've never tried, but you can enable the use of shortcodes in posts (see Forum > Options > Content Settings > Shortcodes Filtering, and of course read the help popup for more info) which should allow you to use a form that provides a shortcode for use such as Gravity Forms to name one.
I think that's probably the only way you could do it, but I think it should work.
OfflineI don't know either but on the custom messages admin page there is the option to create something that can be embedded in the editor. Whether you could add something like a forum with email capabilty etc., is questionable but hey - why not try it?
