And i got problems with my paypal account (expired credit card, on holydays with a non-secured hotspot, did all they asked but i still got an error message when trying to buy) - so is paypal the only way to buy ?

Firstly yes, the Gold 55% discount can essentially be used on anything (except another membership) so the 'All Plugins Bundle' would then be available with a 55% discount.

And yes, PayPal is the only way to purchase.
