I'm currently interested in getting a membership plan but have some questions left after searching the forums & reading the membership faq:
1) How long can I dowload the free plugin(s) included in the plan? On the membership site it says "All free Plugin/Theme Discounts will be valid for 1 month from membership purchase", does this mean I have to download e.g. all three plugins in the Silver plan within the first month of the membership or can I still download a free plugin in the last month of my membership/support period?
2) Which payment methods are available? There is no information about this on the membership site or on the sign-up page. Only when trying to checkout a plugin from the store it shows a small Paypal icon but no further information if this is the only available method.
3) Do I receive an invoice after the purchase? Does the invoice state the included VAT?

I believe that in reality there is no time limit but I will need to check that. But if it did run out - and you had not taken the free options then we would still honour it. But I will check and confirm the current status. It may be that the FAQ needs updating.

Paypal is our only available option currently

Yes - an invoice is always available if you require one. However there is no VAT as we do not meet the VAT threshold and therefore do not charge for it.

currently, the free plugins (and themes) with memberships do have to be used within 1 month.. the codes expire after that... in practice, this has worked fine and never been an issue... that said, we are always evaluating our model and have been talking about a potential way to expand that period...
worth mentioning that this does not apply to the platinum members as that is not a free plugin/theme discount code, but a membership level discount of 100% on plugins...
