Hello. I am new to SP, I installed it yesterday and have been "playing" with it. I managed to make a basic configuration with the Default themre. I made a new overlay and also installed the Italian translation, which I need for my website. All is working nicely apart from the fact that the mobile version somehow crunches togethere the longer words. e.g. "topics" and "no topics" in Italian becomes "Argomenti" and "Nessun argomento"... they overlap each other. I saw that with the membership I would have access to the theme Reboot. Are the translation files available also for that theme? Or how can I resolve this problem of overlapping with the Deafult theme so I can continue evaluating if getting a membership is worth for me?
Thanks a lot,

Giovanna wink

Hey Giovanna,

Unfortunately it looks like Reboot has only a couple of complete translations - German and Russian, see the Reboot GlotPress pages. However, as it's community driven, if you were interested in translating it would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry yes, not thinking - It's late here!

Correct, Unified is responsive and nicely translated, Reboot is only a couple of months released so hasn't had the same time to receive translations.

You may know, but if not you can run Default as your desktop theme and Unified as a dedicated mobile theme in Forum > Themes > Mobile Phone Theme.

Yes, I got that far as knowing I can use different SP themes depending on the environment 😉 And it's late too here (Netherlands). I will try to tweak the css to avoid overlapping for now as atm I am still not sure if making the investment of the membership or not, I need first to run the forum with my friends to see if it's worth to start it at all!
Thanks a lot for the fast reply and goodnight 🙂
