I recently paid for the copper subs and my status is pending.  It still says pending today and no access.

Curious. Can you let us know what name you signed up with please and how you paid.  I can not find any obvious transaction in the records but the pending status itself is somewhat odd and suggestive. In particular did you sign up with an e-check?

Yeah, pending usually means payment was not processed by PayPal.. . As Andy indicated e-checks won't happen until after it clears.  But I don't see one of those either...

If you can provide the. PayPal transaction ID we can look further...

I used a credit card, so not sure why it's pending. I also didn't receive any email verification of the transaction.

Not sure if you PM'd the PayPal transaction ID to Andy or Steve, but if not please do. Does it show up in your PayPal history?

What Ike was asking was for the PayPal transaction number. Regardless of the puzzling status, I can assure you after a third search that we have received nothing from PayPal for you as a user assuming you used the same user name and email address as before.

Ike suggested you take a look at your PayPal transaction log to see if they have a record and, if so, what the PayPal status is.

How do I check this if I clicked, "No, I don’t want an account now."?

I wasn't aware there was an option to use PayPal without an account!

Have you checked your bank statements to see if the money has been taken?

You must have some record of the transaction even if it's just a confirmation email from PayPal, my advice would be to contact them and ask them what's going on. As Andy said - If we have no record then something must be holding it up.

FYI: You will still be sent the transaction ID in your payment notification from Paypal, even if you opted to use a credit card as the funding source. If you did not receive the notification email, check with your bank for the debit. If there is no charge, then the payment did not go through.
