You just need to purchase a new membership from:  https://simple-press.com/membership/

once you purchase, paypal will direct you back to the registration page at which time you can either attach the new purchase to an existing user account or you can register another account...

how long ago did it expire?  If less than 30 days, you should be offered a reduced renewal rate...
