If you take a look at the Membership Plans page, you get a breakdown of everything included in each plan.

In the case of the Bronze plan you get 1 free plugin, any plugin. I'm pretty sure you are given a time period in which you have to download. Once you have it it's yours for ever, and will continue to receive any updates we put out even after your membership expires.
