not page id, but category id... if the slug for that category (its listed on your nav menu) is forum, it may collide with a page slug of forum...
if you want to pm us a wp admin account with sp admin caps, we can take a closer look at what is going on...

no clue. web.config is not one of our messages… you get that on the wp permalink page?? are you running translated wp?
also, I meant is you .htaccess file writeable…
and did you ever figure out what the forum type category slug is?

Not able to upload Sigs...or say in admin panel..am not able to upload badges etc.
