I am not wishing to be rude or difficult but this thread seems to be meandering all over the place from one problem to another without any of them, as far as your replies are concerned, seeming to get fixed.
Also, many of the items you have raised are not related to SP. We help where we can but we need feedback, imformation for SP related questions and others sometimes need to be asked elsewhere.
So can we do just one issue at a time instead of bouncing all over the place?
So - php.ini and timeouts. This you need to discuss with your host.

Well yeah ! I just had the same feeling
Can we fix one issue at a time. To start with the upload issue ?
The Pics badges etc cant be uploaded it says ERROR UPLOADING FILE. and so far I uploaded icons via Filezilla.
but prob is users cant upload Display Pics..so thats a big issue 🙁

Well no - not really. You need to deal with the timeout issue first as that may be the cause.

Okay.. that is regarding fixing the 30 sec limit right ? as Mr.Papa suggested
tweaking the php.ini file ?? where would the file be located?

I contacted webhost, he said there is no delay time...above I displayed the info in php.ini file as sent by my webhost !! Any changes to be made to this?
