Can't seem to find the right area in my CSS stylesheet

I am customizing my forum and I was unable to find the location where to edit the CSS for the elements below in the screen shot.

I'm using shade-of-gray theme

If you could tell me what title these options are under in the stylesheet I would appreciate it.

The first one is the drop down lists. Basiacally all in the spQuicklinks. The background should be here.

best way to find these is with firefox and firebug (or your browser of choice and their dev tool)… you can inspect any element on the page display and find the controlling css…

would be your red line…

Thanks Mr. Papa I've already activated Firebug but I never used it because I wasn't ready to learn anything new. But know that I am learning CSS this will be a time saver.
