*post should read = NOT working

Yes, using the plugin uploader. I uploaded and had just clicked "activated" for the subscriptoin plugin and thats when things have stop working.

I cleared my broswer cache and tried again. But each time I click on forum, in the wp admin area or the public forum page. Nothing is happening. Blank screen.

Just tried deactivating SP but that would not work either. The new page stop loading half way.

What should I do. Little bit nervous. Just a little.

I used the plugin uploader via the forum admin dashboard.

okay, cool... so you downloaded the zip from our site?

is this a new SP install?  and/or new subscription install?  or were you upgrading subscriptions from the release today?  what version of SP and subscriptions, please...

Downloaded from your site. Yip, just paid money and donwloaded from your plugin site.

I had also just upgraded SP to the latest version. 5.1.0. Just before installed the plugin for the first time.

Subscriptions is 1.1.

okay, cool...  just checking because you did need both fresh versions...

okay, lets do this...  you still have the zip, right?  please delete the subscriptions directory and files from the sp plugins folder...  unzip the zip on your local machine and ftp the new directory and files up to your server in the sp plugins dir...

lets see if going that route gets you working...
