Both the register and login/logout buttons offer options to instead point to your own registration or login pages... so you can have the buttons, just point them to your DAP pages instead of the inline wp registration or login page...

just set the link argument to the url you want...  might be a join page or other register page...

login/logout: https://simple-press.com/docum.....outbutton/

again, set the logInLink and logOutLink arguments to the urls you want to use...
