you might be having caching issues since your wp super cache is broke and throwing errors:

which btw, you cannot cache the wp page the forum shows up… so lets resolve the cache and verify it is or is not part of the problem…
The Super-Cache plugin was installed but disabled. I un-installed the whole plugin (all files) and now the uploader works.
How strange..glad it is working.

Sorry, just found out from the developer. The max upload size is 10MB

update to what? no known issue at this time… unless you mean the 0 width and height (reason why multiple issues in same topic is confusing)… that release was pushed out Saturday…
