I was just going to say I've seen it only once, in Chrome, in OSX (10.9) and when I went to reply I got it again. It seems far more consistent in Chrome on the PC though.

Here's a screenshot. The height is being set too low on the iframe, 28px in this case.

Thanks for the screen-shots. Nice and useful to see visual confirmation of what is being incorrectly reset by the Chrome browser and script engine.
I assume that no-one is having any similar problems with tinyMCE under Chrome when it comes to using it to write blog posts/pages...?

G'Mornig Everyone, I should add that i use Firefox the greatest majority of the time and have not seen that error in Firefox. It was the one time i used Chrome that i got the error. My forum member also uses Chrome that is having the problem.

Yes - it is looking more and more like a Chrome script engine issue.

Can anyone who has seen this problem tell me if they have cookies turned off when using Chome? At least have cookies disabled on any forum site they visit that shows this problem?

And of they do - and then turn cookies on - and load a couple of topics showing the editor to ensure the cookie gets populated - does the propblem then get resolved?

Can you verify that you have a wp cookie for the editor? They (wp) use it for window height. Should be set but wondering if not until after resizing.

I have one called "TinyMCE_postitem_size". I don't see any that reference "wp" and "editor".

That's the one. This is actually set by the tinyMCE editor itself - not by WP or SP. Still no reports of this on other browsers so personally I still come down on the side of it being a Chrome disorder of some kind. But we are still looking at it....
