My members and I are getting 404 errors/"page not found" when using the usual ways to get to posts.

For example, when clicking on that little pop-up-y thing at the top of the forum that says "3 topics with unread posts" and has a little icon of several messages or folders topped with a little plus sign.

I'm also getting the same 404 errors when I'm at the top forum page and I go to the bottom and see the list of the latest posts.

Any ideas what might be causing this problem?
