Before starting a caching plugin, you say this forum needs to be bypassed. Can you tell me how to do that?
Also, how do you keep from showing email addresses of members. I think they are only showing on a profile?

There is an FAQ here: http://simple-press.dev/docume.....formation/ but for more information you really need to refer to the cache plugin documentation. Usually it requires the forum slug (default '/forum') to be excluded. The documentation should tell you where.
As to the email on he profile you can exclude it but are you aware that the only people this is displayed to are forum admins? Your members can not see email addresses of other members,
