First, let me admit I didn't think it would work. This is the 11th plugin I've tried... all the others being disappointments. To my surprise, not only does it work but it works well and with no modifications of any sort needed. One of my biggest issues with this is that I prefer keeping things in house... I don't like giving another network registration functions such as this. What happens if/when OneALL goes down? You know?

It will require you to create an account at http://www.oneall.com/ and you will need your own keys for most of the social networks it uses but it works. You can test it on my site right now http://www.hauntedpaulding.com I may play with the placement a bit more but otherwise IT WORKS! It creates WP accounts, too. And we all love having that little list of registered users dashboard side!

Total time to setup (installing, API keys, Facebook, Twitter, OpenID), less than 5 minutes.

Of all the things I've lost I miss my mind the most...

Curious as to what advantage you feel this have over the Janrain connect already built in to SP?

I would love more information on how this one works.... i know my readers won't want to have to register again for something else so if they can use logins they already have that will be great!

If you go to your forum's Admin section > Components - Login And Registration you will see a panel that says "RPX 3rd Party Login"

If you click on the help button there is will explain some about it and also give you a link to https://rpxnow.com/ where they explain how their service works.

Basically you sign up with them and they give you a key number to enter into the field on that page. Once setup the register/login links will be shown to users.
