Greetings,
I'm hoping you'll consider posting the changelog to your website for updates (or make the changelog available in the update details overlay in WP).....I prefer to see what has been changed BEFORE I update a plugin, rather than after....we use a lot of plugins and by knowing what's changed ahead of time I can usually head off any conflicts before they happen. Currently the only way I have found to view the changelog is after the update, in the Toolbox.
Thanks,
Trisha
just like other plugins, when an upgrade is pending, you can click on details and get a popup view where one of the tabs is the changelog...

Ah ha! I just found it 🙂
Normally I update my plugins (including Simple:Press) via the Plugins Page.
I have only just noticed that if I go to Dashboard>Updates (oddly enough, I've never even noticed that page before), there is a "view details" link for the new (not yet updated to) version.
Yes, that is the wp updates page is the place where wp allows us to add that easily...
