Heya,
This morning I opted for your platinum membership option – and just now I read this line:
"All free Plugin/Theme Discounts will be valid for 1 month from membership purchase"
Does this mean I lose access to the plugin downloads in 1 month from now?
That's not what I signed up for.. (even if in technical terms I might have..) I don't expect that when I buy a full 12 month "platinum membership".
Seems like a very weird restriction..
Please let me know!

Some additional feedback:
I can see you have a great plugin, but your pricing structure is extremely confusing – there are so many options that it's really hard to "pick the right one" especially when you're unsure about the exact functionality you wan't your forum to have – and that's sort-of why I opted for the platinum membership in the first place.
Besides wouldn't you agree it's kind of odd to buy a set of plugins (like the "all plugins bundle" or any other bundle for that matter) and not receive support?
Or am I missing something?
Why not just offer 2 options like:
1. Complete bundle + updates and support for 1 year
2. Single extensions + updates and support for 1 year (and maybe automatic discounts when multiple are added to the cart)
And offer a discount for renewal orders, just like you offer with the memberships now.
Would make choosing a lot less complex and a lot more "end user centric"!
Anyway. Please don't take this as me telling you how to run your business – but in working with a lot of businesses I found reducing complexity is pretty much always a guaranteed winner. Just a suggestion! 🙂

think you misunderstood the statement... and it could perhaps be clearer...
But, the discounts statement is referring to free discount codes for plugins or themes you get with a Bronze, Silver or Gold membership...
As a platinum member, you get free access to all themes and plugins for the length of your membership... you do not actually use a discount code for your plugins or themes...
hope that clears that part up... and we can see about some wording changes there...
We used to have a very simple model - get a membership and you get any plugins or themes... lots of complaints that folks want to be able to purchase individual themes/plugins and no support.. ran that way for years, but finally gave into the requests... sure is hard to make all happy! 😉
