I want to put a different forum for each group (different pages), with restricted access for everyone. Is this possible? How Do I?

Simple:Press creates all it's content on a single WP page so you can't use multiple pages. But it does have a powerful access control/permissions system so that each user is only presented with the forums/topics and options that they can see or do. A good place tpo start would with the 'Getting Started' articles in our Codex which should help explain how that works.
