As describe in title, I can not access module what ever members or admin.
I use last version.
The forum is unlocked and when an application is launched from forum to / new.topic, the website arrived on /?new topic page but its still look like the forum page - instead of new.topic -.
Have you ever had this kind of loops? And do you have solutions ?

So basically you mean it just re-displays the Group View page...?
There can be many reasons for this. So
Start by going to the forum admin > Integration > Page and Permalink - ensure the correct page is selected at top and then click on 'Update Forum permalink'.
If that does not do it then do you have a sub-folder in your WP system with the same name as the forum page slug? If so you need to either remove it or change the name of the forum page slug.
If that is not the case - do you have any redirection plugins installed which can sometimes cause this? Or the Yoast SEO plugin which will need the 'ugly permalinks' option switched.
