nope. no such other reports...
you are getting many errors on your site and they are all referring to wp-content/plugins/simple-forum... but thats not where the plugin is located.. its at simple-press (not simple-forum)... so you might want to check forum - integration - storage locations and make sure all those are correct...
I suspect the stuff stopped working though because of jquery errors your site is throwing...
I would really have to question if it worked previously... because you have a plugin youtube fancybox widget that is doing improper things and hard loading its own version of jquery ui... and its a different version than wp loads and seems to be causing the errors...
so this worked before? you didnt just add that plugin?
can you try temp disabling it and see if things revert?

in the storage locations section everything is fine except the Custon Icons Folder path. would this have anything to do with the add reply button not working. (the button is there but when you click it nothing happens)
the path which it shows and says is incorrect is /wp-content/plugins/simple-forum/styles/icons/default/custom/
i know its pointing at a simple-forum directory which isnt there anymore.
when i did the upgrade from 4.5.1 to 5.0 there was an option to update storage locations which i did.
everything else seems to have updated fine, just this one path is incorrect and pointing to the wrong place.
where should i be setting the path it says is incorrect to, what is the location path i need for 5.0 ?
thanks again
tom
This would have been quite an old, original copy of SP then!
There are some locations that can not be moved during the upgrade to V5 and this was one of them.
You can, of course, locate this wherever you want - that is the whole point of defining storage locations - but the default location devised for V5 is under /wp-content/sp-resources/forum-custom-icons
Like Steve I am somewhat surprised these are buttons are not working. Looking at the change log for the last update there was nothing I see that could have changed anything to do with this and if your script loading is causing problems then this should have been the case before.

it seems it was a plugin conflict. it is working now after removing the youtube plugins i had. i guess it was as papa said, a jquery conflict or something.
in my post above i mentioned the one incorrect path. this is still there but doesnt seem to be causing any visable issue on the forum. atleast none that i have seen so far. what would be the correct path i would need to have
thanks
