as a test, could you temp disable the wishlist welcome and wishlist tags plugins to see if it makes any difference?
Thank you sooo much for your reply! I have already disabled the tagging plugin and deleted it but still having this problem. (I thought they would have fixed the conflict as WL by now. Obviously they haven't!)
I checked and this directory now has been deleted as well. http://retirecheap.tv/members/....._plugin.js
I have deactivated the WL Welcome Plugin but not deleted it yet. I am still having this challenge.
UPDATE: Deleted the Welcome plugin altogether. So now both have been deleted and still having the same issues.
How do I rid my self completely of the conflict other than deactivating and/or deleting the plugins from the admin panel?
Thanks again for all your help.

At last we got there! A little disappointed that the WL Tags plugin is still causing issues as we worked with them to help then correct the issues.
Yeah I am disappointed too. I thought by now it would be fixed. But it caused all sort of problems. Some pages wouldn't even load until I refreshed them a few times. Everything seemed to come to a grinding halt. Oh well. Maybe someone will let me know when the bugs are worked out. I re-installed the WL Welcome and the editor in the forum still worked but the welcome messages didn't show up any more so I just disabled it. Hard to get everything to play well together.
Thanks again for your time.

yes it is...
and as the use of jquery and other libraries grow, more conflicts will arise... which is why its important to follow the wp api and standards... as well as only load your (plugin owner) js/jquery when needed...
glad we could help.
