Greetings,

I’m trying to create a forum using wordpress and simple:press. I`m sure the solution to my problem is simple, and in fact I found similar topics but couldn’t find any answer to my specific problem

Here is what I am looking for:

Inside my forum, I want to have different sections/groups with different content each one

But the principal issue that I’m facing is the moderation part; I know about the default user groups, and “members” is especially useful to manage all my users, but for example if I ban one user it will be in all the sections of the forum and not just an specific section

The answer seems simple, create new user groups and customize permissions, no problem with that, but it implies a manual labor for every new user…

How can I add automatically all my new users to all of the user groups at the moment of registration?
