Hello,

I just purchased the Gold subscription in which it says you can choose 5 plugins and 2 themes. I did so, and assumed it would automatically discount everything at checkout, but that did not happen... can someone explain this process since it is obvious I'm missing something here? Thanks!

Its true, but if you read your account page when displaying your discounts and on checkout, you will see a notice that informs you that the discounts must be used alone and not at same time as others... so you need to get your free items one at a time... get the plugins, one by one and they will get the discount applied... sorry, but its a limitation of the store plugin we are using...
