I have just added a new User Group called Forum Team. I would like this to show up for these people under their avatar and display name, so instead of Member it says Forum Team. And/or in addition I would like this to show up as a list of folks next to Administrators and Moderators.
I looked into creating a rank, but their rank isn't depended on the number of posts, so if I understand that right that won't work.
Is this possible?

I figured it out. I can add a special forum rank.
Is there anyway to display who is part of that rank at the bottom next to moderators and administrators?

you would have to write your own code to display rank stuff like that... its possible, just not provided for...
you might take a look at our rank info plugin for simple press which lets you have a page that displays the ranks and requirements as well as the members of each rank... just a bit different than what you asked for...
