Since the last upgrade Admin and moderators can no longer access the forum "toolkit" its gone beyond "javascipt void" to non existent.

Also in the Admin backend admins can no longer edit members avatars.

Finally the Admin support pages do not work, whenever you click on one you get:

Ooops, page not found

look forward to speedy fix of these issues.

you have the access codes to the site as temp admins so I assume you will fix this soon.

What else was upgraded at the same time? You appear to be the only user with a problem like this...

admin toolkit???  do you mean the forum tools?

see javascript(void)...  perfectly fine and proper...

admin support pages?  do you mean the wp admin on your site?  if you mean here, we dont have any admin support pages..

it appears the account you sent is a wp admin, but not an sp admin....  so we cannot really look at sp functionality like forum tools (assuming that is what you meant...  can you please make that account an sp admin?  you do that on forum - admins - manage admins...

It looks like you have several errors in your SP toolbox, some dating back before 5.5.11 (assuming that's what you meant by 'the last upgrade'), but the ones post update are all 'error: Lost connection to MySQL server during query'. I don't know too much about why you would loose connection to MySQL, but one possibility is exhausting PHP memory which is something you should be able to increase yourself.

It is also possible I guess that the database could have been corrupted somehow or the same thing happened while updating something and things weren't properly updated / installed. We would need a second opinion on these errors.

Have any changes been made to any Simple:Press templates / functions? Are you running a child theme or standard?

To say 'in the Admin backend admins can no longer edit members avatars' has me a bit confused. delete or add to the admin pool? I'm not getting any errors on the panel page but didn't want to delete or change anything.

Are you talking about editing a users profile on the forum page itself? If so I am seeing a jquery conflict on the profile page (amongst others) which clearly references something to do with the TinyMCE editor.

If you're running any plugins that add to or change the TinyMCE editor in any way even for writing blog posts they could be loading their own jquery library instead of using the one supplied with WP which will almost certainly cause problems. Please disable anything that might fit the bill and see if things work.

Not sure what you mean by admin support pages either, have checked and admin panels seem OK with no errors and popups all work just fine. Could you be more specific?

changes have been made to sp  templates to create the custom profile fields, forum/profile view and remove stats from the footer.

However I dont think that is the issue everything worked fine before upgrading to 5.5.11, now admin cannot access/use the forum toolkit, its just not there, you click on it- nothing happens. Also once in the sp admin backend once you go to admin "troubleshooting/FAQS the page displays but if you click on anything then its

Ooops, page not found

If you check the URL's associated with the links from the troubleshooting panel, it looks like something is replacing the simple-press.com part with your own websites root URL.

Understandably a problem, but you can view the same links here in the sidebar (Codex Pages - The black menu on the right) if you need to in the meantime.

Possibly the result of some plugin that alters URL's and or links in some way maybe. Have you got anything like that active?
