Hello, in the version 4.5.1 of Simple:Forum, i can use in front end the admin / moderating panel in topic / forum for all reasons : change subject attibute, delete a message / topic, change the owner of a message .... but, now, i cannot make this. Why ? Thank you for your help.

On a topic listing page (forum view) or post listing page (topic view), hover the mouse cursor slowly over a row and you should see a toolbox icon open up on the far left. This is the forum toolbox.
