You are not seeing it in the box that pops up when you click on the admin button when hovering over the topic?
Logged in as an SP Admin?
Is it just missing it or are some or all missing?
nothing has changed on our end with the forum tools... if it doesnt show as Brandon indicates, then we need to look for a js conflict... see: http://codex.simple-press.com/.....-conflict/

You have a JavaScript conflict - with your wp theme and (I believe) another plugin - which needs to be fixed. This codex article explains what this means and what to look for:
http://codex.simple-press.com/.....-conflict/
Your WP theme is loading it's own bogus copy of the jQuery library AND it is an old version. If this is the same theme you were using before the problem started then while it might work OK it is still not the proper version supplied by WordPress and expected by WordPress plugins.
There is also a second copy of the jQuery library being loaded from a third party site - '24mateo.com'? I have no idea what that is but seems to be some sort of widget. I don't seem to be able load anything from that url so maybe it is not loading at all - but I saw no error.
Finally - and unrelated to this - I see you are also running the Ultimate TinyMCE plugin. This may well screw up the SP TinyMCE editor as it tries to force itself to load on the front end of the site (it is designed for the admin side only) but there is a probably fox for this. To be used if it causes problems.
