Not sure why the file size has to be so huge! Either way I don't think it should matter.
I'm not sure what's happened there though. I am able to load:
http:// your . site /wp-content/sp-resources/forum-avatars/guestdefault.png
Just fine, but:
http:// your . site /wp-content/sp-resources/forum-avatars/userdefault.png
throws an 'oops, page not found'.
I've removed your site name there - if you want to, replace your.site with your URL and you can check them directly yourself.
Might be worth deleting it and re-uploading?
No we can't do it. Sorry but I am not getting involved in messing with anybody's server. This is your website and therefore your responsibility.
Anyway - the problem is that instead of naming the image file userdefault.png you named it:
userdefault.png (registered users).png
I really would recommend you get some sort of developer in to clean things up. I was able to find what you had called it simply by listing the folder contents in the browser which is insecure and asking for trouble.
