After running the latest Forum update to Version: 5.3.1    Build:   10616  The Forum page shows the message "Sorry, the forum is temporarily unavailable while it is being upgraded to a new version."  But the Forum is accessible if I choose "Go to Forum" within WordPress and all the posts that have been indexed by Google are accessible if you Google them and click on the link.  Also, once you have gotten "into" the Forum by one of the above routes you can get to the main page of the Forum.  But once you close the browser and open it again and they try to get to the main Forum page the message I listed above is all you get.

In the Toolbox the current version is listed as 5.3.1 Build 10616, and it shows no updates available.

Any thoughts?

No caching plugin running.  Here is the site: epicecigreviews.com  There is a tab on the top to go right to the Forum.

Thanks.

You seem to be using wp-super-cache actually. So can you deal with that first? You need to exclude the forum page from the cache and also kill off current cache pages so you start with a clean slate.
Then we can see what happens...

I didn't have that WP-Super-Cache plugin activated, but I guess it was still doing something.  I deleted it and that fixed the problem.  Thanks for your help.

Removing wp-super-cache is more involved than just deactivating and removing the plugin files. It leaves other components on your server and also changers your .htaccess file.
