Hi,
I've been working with different facebook-wp signup plugins.
They are all working great except that my members can't be 100% anonymous which they have to be able to.
When signing up using any facebook plugin simple-press creates a website link (the globe) to their facebook profile and their details (names and last names) are automatically added to their simple-press profiles?
Is there any way to disable that or will I have to use some css code like "display:none"?
To sum up; is there a way to signup anonymously to simple-press via FaceBook account?
Good day and good work!

Hey Oscar,
Unfortunately I am not familiar with any Facebook login plugins. Are there any options in any of these plugins to keep details anonymous?
Where is this information appearing exactly? It might be worth taking a look in the spProfileShow.php and spProfilePopupShow.php templates if you are looking at removing things.. I think setting elements to display: none; will work but the element will still exist in the HTML.
not aware of any that work with WordPress either... basically, to be a user and logged in, you must have a user account... and the common way to create it is to copy the facebook info over...
that said, if you fine one that works with WP, it will work with simple press... we dont have our own login or registration system - its all wp... you would simply just point the login link to the wp login page vice having it inline...
