belay that as well, did some more digging and researching, seems you can bypass rocket loader through page rules, testing that now

it works well, chrome still has a little blip when loading, firefox and IE suprisingly work perfect, so it looks like cloudflare and SP can work together very well

yes, it's working really good, the only issue I see so far is I have recent posts widget in the footer, depending on which page of the blog etc it shows different topics, on the forum page it's fine, so I think I might move it out of the footer to avoid confusion

and just as I said that, someone made a new post and the footer updated in firefox, IE, chrome and across the home page, category page and the archive page, so looks like everything works well together

seems the thing to do with cloudflare is to set a page rule and turn everything off

well, looks like that was not the answer, even bypassing everything like that, it messes up the forum, very noticeable under profile, then when you save, it doesn't pop up the screen that says settings saved, it redirects to a whole new white screen with the text settings saved at the top, even happens when changing options in the admin area, so rocket loader is a no go

When the save dumps to a new page and you get an unformatted result like that it means that the AJAX call, while made OK and while text was returned OK, the XMLHttpRequest (the AJAX request) itself was probably hijacked by another process that tacked itself on the end forcing a mis-display of the results. Al least that is the most common I believe.

I have heard nothing particularly good about CloudFlare and WordPress but I guess I am more likely to run across the sites with problems than those without.

I would try turning the script console on, reload the profile and then try a save operation and see what gets reported. If nothing then we could look at the actual header and return results to see if something is amiss.

Just a side note to this. I have tried CloudFlare and have had quite a few problems with it. Both on sites with SP forums and sites that have a lot of comments to blog posts.

If your site is mostly information and static content it may work just fine but if you have member sign ups, lots of comments or a forum I would stay away from it.

Just my 2 cents. :)
