This looks to me like a Javascript conflict of some sort although it would be odd to be on both the back and the front end.

Do you know how to use the browser console to look for script errors? If so could you try it with one of those operations in the video to see if you get anything reported?

meanwhile are forums and topics and posts all loading correctly? Or are you getting any 404's in that area as well?
