Noticed today after upgrading a few days ago-members can not now post photos as attachment button not showing or smiley button-however myself and other moderators when logged in shows every thing..
also copy of latest error log

the last two just say your 4.x version icons folder is still where they are pointing... you can solve that on forum - integration - storage locations... but if you are not using custom icons, its harmless...
the first one is harmless too, though not sure I understand the error condition.. it only affects new post lists in the admin bar...
do you have a screenshot? are you sure the smileys and attachments forms are not just hidden in the integrated toolbar?

Think I have found the problem in permission set up for standard access-the uploading section-can upload images in posts was not active also can upload media in posts not active-logged in as a new member ,smileys,and up load attachment buttons now showing--any way let me know what you think of the error log-thanks again for your help-John

Yes they are back as well,smiling well-one thing I have deactivated wc cache plugin,am going to activate it again to see if there is a conflict there-have you come across that?

yes, of course... you cannot cache the wp page the forum is on... you must tell it to ignore the forum page in its settings...
