I have simplepress installed on my wordpress site (but done by a web developer so I only have low level tech skills)
I would like my members to get an email to every post they comment on.
I have ticked the "auto subscribe" button and set up a new user and it looks like it is working for new users.
However, I have 150 existing users who I would like to "auto subscribe" for, so that when they post on a forum, they automatically get an email to say their topic has been replied to.
Is there any way of backdating this. If I have to go in and manually change the settings for all our old users I am prepared to do so, but I don't know how to do this.

to allow members to subscribe to forums or topics, you will want our add on plugin called subscriptions...
if you want to do this for existing topics and members, please check out the Membership Subscribe plugin... for usergroups, you can set auto subscribe to on for all users added to the usergroup..
