Is it possible to automate moving members from one usergroup and/or permission set to another?

The reason I ask is our existing forum (we are using Invision) has certain sections which can only be viewed once a member has made 100+ posts in other sections, so we have the permissions set up this way.

Once a member makes their 100th post, they are automatically moved into the usergroup which allows access all areas.

I can't currently see any way of replicating this in Simple:Press.

I am aware that permission sets can be created which restrict access to certain groups of members, but not how members can move from one group to another based on numbers of posts made.

Any advice?
