Assuming - as you say - multiple user group membership is what you want then yes - they look OK to me. The 'INVALID' just means that any user in that role has not been assigned into an SP User Group. if you are not using those roles at all then they are fine as they are.

Almost..I am still getting this error message when I try to change a profile.
This is from a member I deleted, and add via the new registration link again using the same name.
"Profile form could not be found: [Account Settings]
You might try the forum – toolbox – housekeeping admin form and reset the profile tabs and menus and see if that helps"
