Hi there,
I just realised that somehow the avatar upload function in Simple:press does not work in Internet Explorer.
I am usually using Safari and I tried Firefox and Chrome and they are working fine.
The website is http://www.hairtransplantassis.....com/forum/
Do you have any idea what could be causing the problem?

Avatar uploading uses a straight forward and standard HTML POST mechanism for uploading so it is hard to see why there would be anything browser specific to cause any problem. Indeed - we have no other reports of any problems with this and it has been thoroughly tested with IE version 8 through to 10.
So perhaps you best start by describing what you actually mean by 'does not work;' which doesn't give much away!

sorry, i should have explained a bit better...
I can upload the avatar on the WP profile page without any problems but when I am in Simple:Press and try and upload an avatar in Internet explorer I can select the image but when I press 'upload' nothing happens. when I press again a msg pops up 'sorry no avatar selected'.
Maybe that explains it a bit better.

Are you using some sort of plugin that adds uploading of avatars within the WP profile page? Could that be having an effect on things?
As an extra question - are you seeing any other areas of things either not working as expected or giving no results? Can you update other areas of the SP profile?
