avatars-can I upload member pictures myself as admin?

I'm giving strong directions on how to load their pictures in their profile but they aren't doing it. Is there a process whereby I can do it for them? Thanks!

yes... as admin, you can edit any user profile... view their profile and you will see a link to edit... when editing, you should be able to upload avatars..

Thank you Mr. Papa... I have gone into USERS and into the profile of a member but there is no area for the avatar.

if you are indeed an SP admin (not necessarily wp), then if you open a profile of user on the SP front end, you will get a chance to edit their avatar in their profile... see images
