I've been rebuilding my "clone" WP installation when I came across this problem.

I build a brand new WP installation, with all the plugins that I normally need to run any of my websites, and then use the plugin Duplicator to make my Cloning WP installation. That way I can bring up a new website in 5 minutes and just pick a new Theme and 30 minutes later be operational after all the plugins update to their latest version.

The last clone I made was 1 year ago and I was testing the new clone when I found this problem.

If I discover any conflicts I'll let you guys know.
