I'm back for a short question: I cannot find the place, where I properly can change the following text in the member list overview: "Default Usergroup for registered users of the forum"

I know that the text is stored in the MySQL database, but don't want to fiddle around there if there is a proper way to change it within SP. Thanks.

Wouldn't that be on the Manage User Groups admin panel - Edit User Group?

Okay, got it. "Hidden" behind the edit button. Thanks!

It is not 'hidden'. It is user-defined data. You can not localise data.

just to revisit the timezone string, this is working just fine for me...  If I put:

continents-cities-de_DE.mo

downloaded from WP translate site and put it in the wp-contents/language folder and have

define ('WPLANG', 'de_DE');

in my wp-config.php file, then the timezone select stuff is properly translated on our forum profile - options - edit display options form...

just to be sure, is that what we are talking about?

Yes, you are right, the timezone in the profile - options - edit display options form works as you describe it, but I am referring to the header of the statistics view. Here it doesn't work. Here we have Europe/Zurich instead of Europa/Zürich. Btw, it seems that in Your Timezone/Deine Zeitzone there is a slight CSS-glitch. This string ist not centered in the row when comparing to the Timezone of the Server/Zeitzone des Forums on the right side (I am using Firefox/Mac).timezone.jpgImage Enlarger

Another question: The last row of the statistics view relates to the admins. Why is there after admin "(2)" displayed? Would indicate to me two admins, but there is only one.

Btw, I have been translating the about 500 untranslated spa-strings of the German language file this weekend. I will eventually provide all German translations po-files. My contribution to the great forum job you are doing.

it would have saved us a lot of time if it had been clear you were referring simply to the display in the stats area rather than the profile select list.

We will have to discuss this here as I am not sure I really want to impose on users the overhead of loading a large MO file just to display one simple and small label. It would probably be better to just remove it. Which is a shame as it is useful information but not at that cost. Far too much baggage.

Another question: The last row of the statistics view relates to the admins. Why is there after admin "(2)" displayed? Would indicate to me two admins, but there is only one.

It shows the  number of posts that have been made just as it does with the other users displayed in the stats area.

Thank you - that will be most welcome by our German users and is much appreciated.

Thanks for the response and sorry for the misunderstanding. At the time I was noticing the problem with the timezone SP terminology was new to me so that I did not immeditately use the correct terms.
