Blinking Forum Plugin - Not blinking?

I can't seem to figure out whether this plugin is working ok for me. I have uploaded it and activated it, however, there are no blinking indicators to show new post.  Any ideas?

blinking????  sorry, what are you talking about??  are you referring to the Blog LINKING plugin?
